SECTION 01 — SOLUTIONS
Three services, each described in two columns: what it does, and what it does not
A referral session to work out who to call. A document preparation companion to get forms finished. A twelve-month retainer to keep track of an extended transition. All three have the same structure: a plain description and an equal-sized limits column.

How every service is structured
Every service at Orrin Bridge is described in writing before any session begins. That description has two parts, given equal weight: what the session covers, and what it does not include. The limits are not buried in small print. They are part of the description.
This structure means that a family arriving at a session knows what to bring, what to expect, and what questions to carry to a qualified professional instead. It also means the session can move forward without stopping to negotiate its own boundary — the boundary has already been set.
The three services are designed to be used independently. A family may need only the referral session. Another may need only the document preparation companion for a specific set of forms. A third may be managing a transition that warrants the full twelve-month retainer.
Where more than one service is used, they fit together in a natural sequence: the referral session identifies who handles which question; the document preparation companion works through the forms those contacts require; the retainer tracks the whole picture over time.
SECTION 03 — SERVICE 01
Referral and Directory Session
A ninety-minute appointment whose entire purpose is to work out who a family should be speaking to, and then to hand over the contact details. Together we write down the questions you are carrying, sort them by the kind of body or profession that answers each — a public agency, a qualified professional, a community organisation — and produce a printed directory with published contact channels and a short note on what each one generally handles.
PROCESS
- 1 You bring the questions you are carrying — written or spoken
- 2 Together we sort them: public agency, qualified professional, or community organisation
- 3 We match each type to the relevant published contact channels
- 4 A printed directory is produced with contact details and short notes on each body
WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- No question is answered in the session
- No legal, financial, welfare, or medical advice
- No recommendation on which specific professional to choose within a category
- No contact made with external bodies on your behalf
- No representation or attendance at any proceeding
- The service is signposting, and it says so on the door
BEST FOR
A family that knows it has questions but does not yet know which professional or agency should be answering each one. A single session that produces a sorted list and a printed directory.
SECTION 04 — SERVICE 02
Document Preparation Companion
A four-session clerical engagement for a household completing forms it finds tiring. An assistant reads each form aloud, types what you dictate, checks that entries are legible and internally consistent with the documents you supply, prepares clean copies, and assembles a submission folder you lodge yourself. Includes a completed-forms log and a copy of everything prepared.
PROCESS
- 1 You bring the forms and any supporting documents
- 2 The assistant reads each form aloud, field by field
- 3 You dictate; the assistant types. Every field is your decision.
- 4 Entries are checked for legibility and internal consistency
- 5 Clean copies are prepared; a submission folder is assembled for you to lodge
WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Every field is your decision — nothing is completed on your behalf without your dictation
- Nothing is submitted, interpreted, or advised upon
- Where a field requires a professional determination, the session pauses and the question is written down
- No legal interpretation of what any form field requires
- Lodgement is always carried out by you directly
- No follow-up communication with agencies after lodgement
BEST FOR
A household that has one or more forms sitting incomplete — because the process is tiring, confusing, or simply hard to sit down with alone. Four sessions to work through them at a manageable pace.
SECTION 05 — SERVICE 03
Family Coordination Retainer
A twelve-month arrangement providing a named administrator to a family managing an extended transition across several households. Covers a monthly facilitated meeting with written summaries, upkeep of a shared calendar and responsibilities roster, a consolidated and indexed document archive with encrypted copies for each household, correspondence tracking, and a maintained directory of the professionals and public bodies the family is dealing with.
WHAT IS INCLUDED EACH MONTH
- Monthly facilitated meeting with written summary
- Shared calendar and responsibilities roster updated
- Document archive maintained and indexed
- Correspondence tracking log updated
- Professional and agency directory maintained
WHAT THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- The administrator holds no view on any matter between family members
- Every question of regulated expertise is passed in writing to the family's own qualified advisers
- No legal, financial, medical, or welfare advice
- No representation at any proceeding or negotiation
- No facilitation of dispute resolution between family members
- The retainer coordinates and records — it does not decide
BEST FOR
A family managing a transition that involves multiple households, several professionals, and a period of twelve months or more. A named administrator who keeps the administrative picture current, without holding any view on the family's decisions.

SECTION 07 — STANDARDS
Standards that apply across all three services
Data protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Session records are retained only as long as necessary. Families may request a summary of what is held.
Written scope, every time
Every engagement produces a written scope document. The family receives a copy before any work begins. The scope does not change mid-session without a new written agreement.
Referral in writing
When a question falls outside the session's scope, it is written down and returned to the family with a note on which type of qualified professional or body handles it. Nothing is improvised or guessed.
SECTION 08 — PRICING
Fixed prices for described services
The price of each service is fixed. It does not change based on the complexity of your family's situation. The scope is fixed, and so is the fee.
